Three buildings on one property

The property is situated in the prominent business district of Otrobanda and includes two renovated historical monuments - The Clubhouse and The Villa - and one modern building constructed in 2011 - The Greenhouse.

The Triangle prides itself as an environmentally responsible office complex with an extensive solar panel system installed on the rooftop and several efforts in place to conserve and re-use water.

ThE Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is the signature monument of The Triangle boasting 300m² of our most sophisticated office space. The layout of this building is traditional with a central hallway that leads front to back with 4 large executive offices off the sides. The second floor hosts 4 additional executive offices.

Use of glass partitions and doors throughout has created a spacious ambiance while still accommodating the need for privacy. 

The Greenhouse

The Greenhouse is a three story office building constructed in 2011 using modern techniques and materials, which consists of a common entrance hall with reception, an elevator, a meeting room and a total of 540m² of office space.  Each floor has his own small kitchenette with a coffee machine.
The top floor offers spectacular views to St. Annabaai in the west and the Caribbean Sea to the south.

The Villa

The Villa is the smaller - more intimate - of the renovated monuments. It includes the Triangle's data center and several smaller offices offered for lease on the ground- and first floor. Each floor has its own small kitchenette with a coffee machine.
